Mature Minds Ltd was launched in 2003 and is based in Hampshire. Our aim is to help older professionals (45+) with experience, cope with life-changing career decisions, for example as a result of redundancy, unemployment, career change or retirement. Mature Minds Ltd uses diagnostic tools and personal engagement to enhance the fit between the professionals' skills and a job opportunity, and to secure remuneration commensurate with skill and experience. In addition we support and help older people with their mature life planning.



Our Associate consultants are all Mature Minds who appreciate your concerns and understand the career quandaries you are facing. Through their senior, high level backgrounds and professionalism, we offer mature career advice, practical and affordable services to help experienced and inexperienced people go for new challenges, and ultimately get new jobs or new lifestyles.



Margot Konitzer BA (Hons), CMP, MCMI, the founder and Director of Mature Minds Ltd is a fully experienced career management professional, a qualified retirement coach, and a certified career management practitioner with the Institute of Career Certification International. She possesses considerable commercial understanding, gained in leading organisations, across the public and private sectors. She has a BA (Hons) in Education and hands on experience in management and people sourcing solutions, as well as in the design and delivery of a wide range of learning and development programmes. Her formal Career Management experience was gained with government training organisations and leading providers of both corporate and private career services. By applying the principles to and experimenting with her own career, Margot has honed her knowledge of the career development field. She has an in-depth understanding of the job market and the opportunities within it.



Mature Minds Ltd is a member of the Association of Career Professionals International – the world’s voice on career issues and Margot is a board member and Programme Director for the London Chapter.
