Networking...
Networking is not about getting a job. It’s about identifying key people and decision makers, expanding your range. It’s about learning more about other jobs, other fields and it’s about creating new possibilities.

We all have address books or databases, but relatively few people invest the time to build their network systematically. Anyone can be a good networker but, even so, many of the brightest individuals fail to make the most of this powerful resource. Some believe they are too busy, others convince themselves that they are too important. Collecting people and re-connecting with them is the cornerstone of any successful networker.
